Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups organic Fresh corn
    1/4 cup organic flax seeds
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

    Scrape the corn kernels off the cob.

Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.

Put the corn kernels, ground flax seeds and salt in a Vitamix blender.

Blend until well combined (use Tamper if needed).

Spread evenly on teflex tray in a dehydrator (not too thick or too thin).

Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 18 - 24 hours or until crispy (flip over midway through).

Cut into triangle shapes and serve.
