How to make Corn Cashew mixed  Pakoda  Recipe/lallyrecipes
Corn and Cashew Fritters

Ingredients :

Corn Kernels : 1 cup
Cashews : 1/2 cup
Rice Flour : 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1/2 tsp
A few sprigs of coriander leaves
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Directions

Break the cashews into small pieces and set aside.

 Grind the fresh corn kernels into a coarse paste.

Combine the cashew bits, corn paste, finely chopped coriander leaves, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste in a wide bowl and mix well. Heat oil in a cooking pan for deep frying.

Take lemon size ball of corn mixture, flatten them a little and deep fry them in hot oil till golden color on both sides evenly.

 Remove and place them on a tissue paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and a cup of Tea.
